Some applications may be published under a personal Apple Developer account; however, all commercial operations and service provision are carried out by Appresio Ltd.

2. Eligibility

• By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights
• Interfere with or overload our infrastructure
• Use the Services for illegal or deceptive purposes

6. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit, upload, or generate through the Services.

By submitting content, you grant Appresio Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, modify, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Services.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate content (e.g. text, audio, images).

• You use AI-generated content at your own risk

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers, such as:

• Apple App Store
• Stripe or other authorized processors

We do not control or store payment card details.
All billing issues, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Appresio Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Apple services, OpenAI, analytics providers).

We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appresio Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or UK law.

17. Apple App Store Terms

• If you use our iOS applications:
• Apple is not a party to these Terms
• Apple has no responsibility for support or liability
• Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary
