What benefits will I get if I subscribe?
With a Premium Subscription, you get:
    
• Full access to all sound packs
• Weekly content updates
• An ad-free experience
• Multiple subscription options to choose from

Billing information:
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings
• Unused portions of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Can I cancel my trial or subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time through your device settings:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your Apple ID name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
How can I change my payment plan?
To switch to another subscription plan:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID name > Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription
4. Tap See All Plans and follow the on-screen steps
How can I check my subscription status and renewal date?
Apple sends an invoice to the email linked to your Apple ID after each purchase, which includes:

• Subscription type
• Renewal or expiration date

If you haven't received the invoice, please contact Apple Support — we don't have access to your billing data.
How can I get an invoice for my purchase?
All receipts are sent by Apple to the email associated with your Apple ID.

If you didn't receive it:
• Check your inbox and spam folder
• Visit Apple Billing Support

We can't issue invoices ourselves, as all transactions are handled by Apple.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are managed directly by Apple.
To request one, go to:

Choose your purchase, explain the issue, and submit the request.
Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds ourselves.
What if I made a purchase by mistake?
We understand mistakes happen! However, since all billing is handled by Apple, only they can issue a refund.
